“Ashram Equinox” is the sixth album from Julie’s Haircut. It contains eight tracks that are merged to form a continuum of sound, which may either be listened without interruption from beginning to end as a complete suite, or each track can be taken individually, each with its own meaning.
Ashram Equinox is a kaleidoscopic eclecticism that spans rock and psychedelia, from electronic to minimalism, with echoes of jazz, ethnic, dub and drone music.

Another very accessible and beautiful piece of work by Kikagaku Moyo. Some haunting psych-tunes with a more or less folky edge dominate on this album. Very hard to choose a favourite. Papa Jay (Radio Smorgasbord)

Simply one of my favorite albums in contemporary music. Every single track sets a different mood, and they're all quite dreamy. If you can, I highly recommend seeing these guys live as well. It's quite the experience. jaylecavalier
